Fresh Coast Optical texts patients who sign up on our intake form or with our front desk. We send appointment reminders, notices when your next exam is due, and replies to texts you send us. If you also choose offers and events, we send occasional texts about those.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

Our text line is not for emergencies. For a medical emergency, call 911.

Reply STOP at any time to stop texts. Questions? Call (616) 891-9245. Texting HELP to our number also sends back our contact information.

Signing up is optional and is not a condition of care.

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
